Richard Vanderslice
Rick Vanderslice has been the sole shareholder of Richard L. Vanderslice, P.C. since 2008. Prior to that, he practiced with small and medium-sized firms in Philadelphia and San Francisco. In addition to his Juris Doctorate, Rick has a Master's in Envioronmental Law from. Vermont Law School as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Kansas. Rick's practice focuses on real estate and rehabilitating abandoned properties ina addition to. probate and commercial litigation.

Rick is the past chair of the Real Property and Solo and Small Firm Sections of the Philadelphia Bar. In that context, he participated in the workgroup that drafted the General Court Order for the Act 135 Conservatorship cases in Philadelphia. Rich presented multiple CLE programs regarding conservatorship of abandoned properties and at multiple Housing Alliance's Making Homes Affordable conferences. Rick is also a Member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and American Bar Association Tort Trial And Insurance Practice Litigation Section where he is a vice-chair of the Plaintiff's Policy Task Force and Business Litigation, Outreach to Young Lawyers, and is the past chair of the Solo and Small Firm and Technology Committees. Richard is a member of the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey and California.
